With no added flavourings, preservatives, gelling agents or preservatives, it contains 84% apricot, delicately processed with its skin, and a small amount of sugar and lemon juice. The ingredients are cooked at a low temperature and vacuum-sealed to enhance the flavour, preserve the colour and safeguard the intrinsic properties of the fruit.
Rich in consistency and chewiness, it is ideal for spreading on bread or rusks, accompanying PANDOLCE or ice cream, and for filling tarts and cakes.
